SHIPPING Once our team processes your order within 2-3 business days, expect to get it within 3-7 business days in our store region and 10-20 business days international, after purchase, depending on customs clearance. Returns If your product is defective, immediately let our staff know and we'll send you a replacement. We are unable to accept returns on retailer purchases, incorrectly purchased products, and products damaged due to customer error.
