SHIPPING Once our team processes your order within 2-3 business days, expect to get it within 3-7 business days in our store region and 10-20 business days international, after purchase, depending on customs clearance. There are a few things to be aware of: You, the buyer, are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods. We do not collect this beforehand, and cannot give you an estimate of the cost - charges vary around the world. Orders may be returned for various reasons including: non-payment of tariffs, incorrect address, unclaimed at post office, etc. If a package is returned or rejected, the customer will be contacted and will be required to pay for re-shipment postage or cancel their order. Returns If your product is defective, immediately let our staff know and we'll send you a replacement. We are unable to accept returns on retailer purchases, incorrectly purchased products, and products damaged due to customer error. Lastly, we do not accept returns for non-damaged items or items that have been delivered incorrectly. To put in a request for a return, please email our support staff.
