SHIPPING Once our team processes your order within 2-3 business days, expect to get it within 3-7 business days in our store region and 10-20 business days international, after purchase, depending on customs clearance. We do not collect this beforehand, and cannot give you an estimate of the cost - charges vary around the world. Orders may be returned for various reasons including: non-payment of tariffs, incorrect address, unclaimed at post office, etc. If a package is returned or rejected, the customer will be contacted and will be required to pay for re-shipment postage or cancel their order. Returns If your product is defective, immediately let our staff know and we'll send you a replacement. We are unable to accept returns on retailer purchases, incorrectly purchased products, and products damaged due to customer error.
