SHIPPING Once our team processes your order within 2-3 business days, expect to get it within 3-7 business days in our store region and 10-20 business days international, after purchase, depending on customs clearance. There are a few things to be aware of: You, the buyer, are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods. We do not collect this beforehand, and cannot give you an estimate of the cost - charges vary around the world. As an international consumer, please do your research to ensure there are no surprise charges when clearing your package through customs, and to have an idea of what the additional cost may be. Orders may be returned for various reasons including: non-payment of tariffs, incorrect address, unclaimed at post office, etc. If a package is returned or rejected, the customer will be contacted and will be required to pay for re-shipment postage or cancel their order. Returns If your product is defective, immediately let our staff know and we'll send you a replacement. We are unable to accept returns on retailer purchases, incorrectly purchased products, and products damaged due to customer error. Lastly, we do not accept returns for non-damaged items or items that have been delivered incorrectly. To put in a request for a return, please email our support staff. Once the claim is approved, they will ask you to send your items back to our global warehouse in Asia. Please note that the purchaser will bear any shipping costs associated with the returns.
